I have extensive experience as a multi-sport athlete. I have completed intense endurance races such as the Leadville 100 MTB race, Breck Epic, and La Ruta de conquistadors in Costa Rica., marathons, half-marathons, triathlon races of various lengths including the Half Ironman (70.3) distance. From my broad experience in swimming, biking, and running, I know what it takes to get an athlete to the finish line successfully. I utilize a web-based program to build out a weekly program that gets emailed to you directly.
Bio
I am a USA level 1 Triathlon certified coach with additional certifications with ACE and NASM in personal training. I also have an MBA from USD. I currently work with athletes both remotely and locally. I enjoy teaching and coaching first-timers getting ready for there the first triathlon to running there first 1/2 marathon. I also work with athletes getting ready for 70.3, and big mountain bike events such as Leadville or the Breck Epic.I have participated in multiple 70.3 and finished Leadville in 10:35 along with some other tough MTB events such as the Breck 100 and La Ruta in Costa Rica. I currently work as a personal trainer for one of the best gyms in the country San Diego Fitness. My philosophy is pretty simple: have fun, work hard, and follow the programs and you will have success. I additionally do volunteer work with Challenged athletes and Cycling Camp San Diego.
Overall the goal is to compete and have fun.
