  • 1 Cup of Frozen Organic Berries
  • 2 handfuls of Spinach
  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 1 frozen beet
  • 2 scoops of organic protein powder
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ cup of milk (soy, almond) work as well)

Description: After a workout, your body is ready for a refill. We want a combination of Carbs and Protein. They work together to rebuild the body, not only for muscle tissue but hydration and antioxidants. This smoothie is a great way to get the following Carbs and Protein back into your body to start rebuilding muscle after a workout.
